General questions about VPNMakers
A quick introduction to what you’re getting, how many devices you can use, and what happens after payment.
What does VPNMakers do for me?
VPNMakers is a fast and secure VPN designed for everyday browsing, accessing blocked websites and apps, streaming, downloads, online gaming, and even trading/work workflows. Our focus is on speed, stability, and a smooth “normal internet” experience.
How is VPNMakers different from free or very cheap VPNs?
Free/very cheap VPNs usually:
- Have overcrowded and slow servers
- Get blocked quickly and aren’t maintained properly
- May use user traffic for unclear purposes
With VPNMakers we aim to:
- Monitor servers so ping and speed stay within a reasonable range
- Cover key regions across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East
- Provide a more stable experience for streaming, gaming, browsing, and work
How long does activation take after purchase?
Typically, a few minutes after your crypto payment is confirmed on the network. Once confirmed, the order is finalized and your VPN details (servers, username/password, or config file) are sent to the email address you used during checkout.
If it takes longer than usual, check Spam / Promotions. If you still don’t see it, contact support with your email and order/invoice ID.
Can I use my VPNMakers account on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. Each plan supports a specific number of simultaneous connections. For example, you’ll see 3, 6, or 12 devices depending on the plan. Devices can be any mix of mobile, laptop, desktop, tablet, and even a home router.
What is this VPN good for?
- Accessing blocked websites and apps
- Streaming YouTube, Netflix, and video services
- Daily browsing and social media
- Online gaming (depends on ping and region)
- Trading and “sensitive” services (follow the target service rules)
If you need compatibility with a specific exchange/service, email us before buying.
Payments & invoices
VPNMakers supports crypto payments via NowPayments, and also direct payments (USDT-TRC20 and TRX).
NowPayments gateway
Which coins can I use with NowPayments?
NowPayments supports many cryptocurrencies depending on network availability and settings. In practice you can usually pay with USDT, BTC, ETH and many popular assets. The exact list is shown on the gateway checkout page.
What if NowPayments errors out or the payment gets stuck?
No worries. Send support the following:
- The email you used for the order
- Invoice or order ID
- Tx Hash (if you sent the transaction)
We’ll verify gateway logs and the chain transaction. If confirmed, your VPN will be activated manually.
Direct crypto payment
How does direct USDT (TRC20) / TRX payment work?
If you choose direct payment, VPNMakers generates an internal invoice that includes:
- The exact amount to pay in USDT or TRX
- The destination wallet address (Tron network)
- A QR code for quick payment
- An invoice timer (e.g., 20 minutes)
Simply send the exact amount to the exact address within the time window.
What if I pay after the invoice timer expires?
The payment may not be detected automatically and could require manual review. Please send support:
- Tx Hash
- Amount and coin/network
- Approximate send time
- Your email and order ID
After verification, your service will be activated or we’ll coordinate with you.
Security, logs & privacy
If you handle important accounts, wallets, or work projects, privacy matters — read this section carefully.
Does VPNMakers keep logs of my browsing activity?
We do not store detailed browsing history or traffic content (which websites you visited or exact requests). The data we keep is limited to what’s necessary for account management and support, such as:
- Email and purchased plan
- Payment status and transaction-related details
- Limited technical connection info (only if needed for troubleshooting)
The goal is to balance user privacy with reliable support and service management.
Does using a VPN reduce exchange/account blocking risk to zero?
No VPN can reduce risk to absolute zero — exchanges and services have their own rules and detection systems. What VPNMakers does is:
- Use more stable and reasonable regions/servers
- Help keep your connection pattern more “normal”
- Provide practical guidance for choosing regions for certain use cases
However, the final responsibility for usage and compliance with the target service rules is on the user.
Can I use multiple accounts with one VPN?
Technically yes, but risk-wise it’s not always ideal — especially if accounts are related, or the target service is very sensitive to IP behavior. For high-risk scenarios, contact support first and we’ll suggest the best approach for your case.
Is the VPN speed the same across all locations?
No. Speed depends on region, distance, local ISP conditions, server load, and time of day. Typically, European locations and Turkey offer a good balance of speed and ping for users in Iran.
Support, refunds & contacting VPNMakers
If your experience isn’t as expected or you face issues with connection/speed/locations, here’s how to reach us and how refund review works.
Refunds & service issues
What is the refund policy?
If the service has a serious, unsolved issue (e.g., no stable connection across locations and support can’t resolve it), we can review your case and consider a refund proportional to unused time.
For exact details, contact support and describe your case so we can review properly.
What if I didn’t receive my VPN account email?
Try this checklist:
- Check Spam / Junk / Promotions
- Make sure your email was typed correctly
- Keep your email and order ID ready
Then email [email protected] from the same address you used to purchase, and we’ll resend after verification.
Contact & pre-sales guidance
How do I contact support?
Primary contact options:
- After-purchase support: [email protected]
- Pre-sales questions: [email protected]
Please include:
- Your use case (trading, streaming, browsing, work, study, etc.)
- Your device(s) and operating system(s)
So we can guide you more accurately.
What if I’m unsure which plan or location to choose?
Email [email protected] and describe your needs, for example:
- How often you use VPN (daily/monthly)
- Which apps/websites you mostly use
- Whether you stream/download heavily or just browse/social
Based on that, we’ll suggest a more suitable plan and location.
